WPI90 Instant is whey protein isolate: filtered further than WPC80, so it carries more protein with less fat and lactose, and instantised with sunflower lecithin (no soy). It gives a lighter, cleaner-tasting shake and suits lean, premium and low-lactose products. Isolate or concentrate?
WPC80 Instant is creamier and costs less per kilogram. WPI90 Instant gives more protein per scoop with less fat and lactose. Many brands use a blend of both to reach a round protein figure on the label.
Low lactose, not lactose-free
WPI90 Instant is a low-lactose grade. That supports a low-lactose positioning, but it is not lactose-free; lactose-free claims follow national rules and need a specific grade.
Clear drinks need a different isolate
Standard isolate makes a milky drink. For transparent, juice-style drinks below pH 4, use the acid-stable Clear WPI90.

Is WPI90 Instant lactose-free?
No. It is a low-lactose grade. A lactose-free claim needs a dedicated grade and follows national rules.
Is it halal?
Yes, our WPI90 Instant is halal certified, and the certificate comes with the documents for your order. For kosher, ask us: it depends on the producing dairy.
Can I make a clear protein drink with it?
No, standard isolate turns a drink milky. For transparent drinks use the acid-stable Clear WPI90.
What is the minimum order?
