We produce at GMP and HACCP certified partner sites in Germany (“Made in Germany”) and Bulgaria (“Made in the EU”), from 500 units per SKU for sports nutrition and protein powder and from 60,000 capsules for probiotics. Made in the EU
Produced at our Bulgarian partner site, certified to the same GMP and HACCP standards, with the same specification and a Certificate of Analysis for every batch. For brands where “Made in the EU” is enough and the unit price matters.
Process
From brief to first batch in 8 to 10 weeks.
Brief and quotation
Tell us the product idea, format, target market and rough volume. You get a written answer within 24 hours, then a quotation.
Formulation, 1 to 2 weeks
We develop or review the formula, choose the raw materials and fix values, packaging and shelf life in a written specification.
Samples and pilot batch, 3 to 4 weeks
You test samples; we confirm fill weight, taste and the stability plan. In parallel we check your label text for EU mandatory information and permitted wording.
First production, after 8 to 10 weeks
Production at the site your label calls for. First orders are paid in advance; terms for later orders are agreed case by case.
Release and delivery
Every batch is released with a Certificate of Analysis and is traceable from raw-material lot to carton. Repeat batches usually take 6 to 8 weeks.
Cost
What does contract manufacturing cost?
There is no honest flat price, because the unit cost depends on a few factors you can name. Knowing them lets you place your budget before the first call.
Formula and raw materials are the biggest share for most products, and for protein powder mainly the price of the protein. Format and packaging come next: a tub costs differently from a pouch, a stick differently from a capsule. Volume spreads set-up and testing over more units. Origin matters too: “Made in Germany” costs more than “Made in the EU”.
We are not the cheapest contract manufacturer and do not try to be. You get a written quotation with every line item, no hidden fees and no minimum beyond the one stated.
Checklist
Ten questions to ask any contract manufacturer.
Ask us too. The answers quickly show whether a partner fits your brand.
- Where exactly is it made? Site and country belong in the contract, because they decide the origin statement.
- Which certificates does that site hold? The plant that makes your batch, not the group.
- What is the minimum per SKU? And does it apply to every pack variant?
- Who buys the raw materials? Is there a Certificate of Analysis for every raw-material lot, not just for the product?
- What is in the specification? Values, limits, packaging and shelf life should be agreed in writing before production.
- How is the declared content kept until the end of shelf life? For vitamins and probiotics that needs a stability plan.
- Who checks the label text? EU mandatory information and permitted wording are your risk as the brand owner.
- What comes with each delivery? At least a Certificate of Analysis and a clear batch number.
- Who is your contact? A person who knows your project, or a ticket system?
- What does a repeat batch cost and how long does it take? The first order is rarely the expensive mistake; slow restocking is.

Contract manufacturing, answered.
What does a supplement contract manufacturer do?
It makes your product to your formula, or one developed together, under your brand: raw-material purchasing, production, filling, packing and quality release. You sell it under your own name.
What is the minimum order?
500 units per SKU for sports nutrition and protein powder, and 60,000 capsules or 300,000 sticks for probiotics. New brands can start with a small first batch.
How long until the product is ready?
Usually 8 to 10 weeks from brief to first production, including formulation and samples. Repeat batches usually take 6 to 8 weeks.
Who is responsible for compliance?
Legally, the business that places the product on the market, usually your brand. Most EU countries require a notification before the first sale. We review the formula and label text in advance and supply the documents you need. See the EU launch guide.
Can you supply raw materials without a finished product?

Do you handle storage and shipping to end customers?
We do not do fulfilment ourselves, but we can arrange it with partners.

First orders are paid 100% in advance. Terms for later orders are agreed case by case.
