Pre-shipment inspection by a third party is welcome at the buyer’s cost. Retained samples are kept for every batch, and an independent lab check can be arranged on request.

We produce and supply; we do not run a fulfilment warehouse ourselves. For brands that need storage and order shipping, we arrange it with our logistics partners and hand over the batch documents.
Nordic Life Systems is a supply and private-label company, not the operator of the plants. Finished supplements are produced at partner sites in Bulgaria and Germany certified to GMP and HACCP. Goat dairy ingredients come from spray-drying plants certified to FSSC 22000, with halal and kosher production. Whey protein is bought directly from dairies in Germany, Denmark, Poland and the Netherlands. Probiotic cultures are fermented in China; the postbiotic MaestroBiome 01 is made in Italy under GMP.
Certificates of the partner sites, with issuing body and validity, are provided under NDA together with a quotation, which is standard practice for a supply company. Audit visits to partner sites can be arranged for qualified buyers.
We are not the cheapest supplier and do not try to be. We compete on quality, documentation and organisation, and we let your positioning decide where your product is made.
Produced at our German partner site. For brands whose positioning needs “Made in Germany” on the pack: premium retail in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and export markets where German origin sells.
Produced at our Bulgarian partner site, certified to the same GMP and HACCP standards, with the same specification, the same documentation and a Certificate of Analysis for every batch. For brands where “Made in EU” is enough and the unit price matters.
One project owner, one contract and one written specification, whichever site runs your batch. We advise on the origin statement for your product and market before production starts.
