Goat MPC is concentrated from goat milk and keeps casein and whey protein together. MPC 80 is the high-protein grade for sports, senior and medical nutrition; MPC 60 keeps more lactose for body and flavour. Both come in 20 kg bags with a 24-month shelf life.

How it is made
A casein-rich stream from goat milk is concentrated by filtration and spray-dried gently, so the proteins stay close to their native state. The result has a fresh, neutral taste and is easy to flavour.
MPC or WPC?
Goat MPC is casein-rich and gives thicker shakes, bars with body and slower-setting textures. Goat WPC 80 is whey only, lighter in the glass and far scarcer. Many goat products combine the two.

What is the difference between goat MPC 80 and MPC 60?
MPC 80 has about 80% protein in dry matter and very little lactose. MPC 60 has 60 g protein per 100 g and keeps more lactose, which gives more body and a rounder taste.

Is goat MPC suitable for bars?
Yes. Casein-rich milk protein is a common choice for protein bars, alone or combined with whey.
