Instant Goat Protein 45 is a casein-rich goat protein powder made to dissolve easily in a shaker. It comes in two grades: a sweetened grade rounded off with lactose, and a lecithinated grade made to the tightest microbiological limit in our goat range.

Which grade to choose
Choose the sweetened grade when you want a mild, ready-rounded base that needs little flavour work. Choose the lecithinated grade when easy mixing and a low total plate count matter most, for example in premium instant drinks.

What does “instant” mean here?
The powder is made so that it wets and disperses quickly in water or milk, without lumps, in a normal shaker.
How much protein does it contain?
45% in both grades. For higher protein levels see goat MPC 80 and goat WPC 80.
